Copyright Policy
Introduction
AcctPremium Hub is committed to addressing copyright complaints in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Section 512 of the DMCA outlines the statutory requirements for reporting copyright infringement and provides instructions for filing a compliant counter-notice if a removal is disputed.
We respond to allegations of copyright infringement, including claims related to the unauthorized sale or distribution of copyrighted material and the unauthorized use of copyrighted images, videos, or other content uploaded via our platform. Note that not all uses of copyrighted material constitute infringement. For more information on copyright, visit resources such as http://copyright.gov or consult a legal expert.
Are You a Copyright Holder?
If you are uncertain about your ownership rights to a specific work, please consult an attorney or qualified advisor. AcctPremium Hub cannot provide legal advice.
Before Filing a Copyright Complaint
Consider whether the use of the material may qualify as "fair use." Submitting a false or misinformed copyright complaint could make you liable for damages, including legal fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). If unsure about your claim, seek legal counsel before proceeding.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
To submit a copyright complaint, provide the following information:
Send your complaint to copyright@acctpremium.ng.
Processing Copyright Complaints
Complaints are reviewed in the order they are received. Once your complaint is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. If no confirmation is received, please resubmit your complaint. Submitting duplicate complaints may delay processing.
If content is removed or access restricted, we will notify the affected user(s) and provide them with a copy of the complaint and counter-notice instructions.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the following details:
Send your counter-notice to copyright@acctpremium.ng.
After Submitting a Counter-Notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not take legal action within 10 business days, the material may be reinstated. Be aware that submitting a counter-notice has legal implications; consult an attorney if needed.
Repeat Infringement Policy
Accounts with multiple copyright complaints or evidence of repeat infringement may be deactivated. Reposting removed content or promoting access to copyrighted material on third-party platforms may result in permanent account suspension.
Counterfeit Goods Policy
AcctPremium Hub strictly prohibits the sale or promotion of counterfeit goods.
